We are looking for a system tester for an operation within the advanced and safety-critical aerospace and defense industry. You will be part of a specialist team working with qualification, integration, verification, and testing of complex avionic systems where quality, traceability, and safety are crucial.

In this role, you will work closely with system engineers, designers, test engineers, and project management. You will be responsible for system-level testing in a requirements-based development process and gain good insight into the chain from requirements to verified solutions.

• Develop, analyze, and manage system requirements and test plans
• Break down requirements into test cases and create test specifications
• Implement test cases, primarily in Python
• Conduct system tests and analyze and follow up on test results
• Document and report test results at the system level
• Coordinate requirements, system architecture, validation, and verification in projects
• Work with requirements management in DOORS according to established processes and standards for safety-critical development

• Engineering degree in electronics, software, or physics
• At least 1 year of experience in requirements work as well as verification and validation, preferably at the system level
• Experience in system testing
• Programming experience in Python
• Experience with, or a good understanding of, requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience working with safety-critical systems
• ISTQB certification or equivalent
